Waterbury Chorale has Their First Rehearsal!

Hi everyone,

The Waterbury Chorale had their first rehearsal for the 2013-2014 Season!  The first rehearsal was a great kick-off to what is sure to be an amazing concert season.  There was a short introduction made by Joseph J. Jacovino Jr. (our director), then we did some warm-up exercises, went through some of the beautiful pieces that we will be featuring in the Christmas on the Green Concert in December, and then had a short social hour at the end of the rehearsal to catch up with members we didn't get to talk to throughout the Summer months.

We still have available spots open, especially in the tenor and bass sections, so if you know anyone interested in singing with us, please have them join us at the United Methodist Church in Watertown on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30 PM.

Here are just a few of the pictures I took during our first rehearsal.

Two of our lovely altos pose for me before rehearsal starts!  Thanks, ladies!

Smile pretty, Ralph!

Our amazing director Joseph J. Jacovino Jr. leads us in our first set of warm-ups ... assisted by Susan Theodos, our awesome accompanist.
